Management creates your school workspace, assigns the agreed plan and provides your school code and first principal login. The principal then adds staff and students.
Your workspace shows the tools included in your assigned plan.
Your principal signs in, opens Billing & subscription, reviews the total and completes the available hosted checkout.
Enterprise uses your issued quotation in Billing. Source licences use management-assisted payment and handover. Renewals are initiated by your school.

Ask us somethingYou should be sceptical, and a logo wall would not change that. So we give you three things instead: open the full product before you pay anything, read our security and backup procedure before you sign, and export your complete data whenever you want. If we disappoint you, you leave with everything. That is a smaller risk than a long contract with a vendor whose product you have only seen on a call.
Everything you can click in the live demo is real and running — enrolment, attendance, marks and approvals, fees and receipts, reports, timetables and the parent view. If something is not finished, it is not in the demo. We would rather you find a gap now than after you have paid.
Yes. We import learners, staff, classes and fee balances from spreadsheets, and we validate a sample against your own registers before going live so you can see the numbers match. Migration is part of setup, not a separate invoice.
Both. You set the grading system per school, and report cards follow it. The demo school is set up as a KCSE secondary; ask us to show you a CBC workspace if that is what you run.
Class registers keep working. Attendance taken offline is queued on the device and syncs when the connection returns, with conflicts flagged rather than silently overwritten. Fees and reporting need a connection.
No. Parents use the web portal or the free Android app with the code their school gives them. There is no per-parent charge.
